Welcome!
I am setting out to do this blogging thing with some amount of trepidation, but mostly at my own timeliness. The tentative plan is to update about twice a week, probably on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If there are extras, consider the apocalypse, as it may be lurking around the corner.
The purpose of this little nook of internet-space is to offer up my thoughts and experiences with writing, as well as to share snippets of my work. I am an avid fan of the urban fantasy genre, although I can't say I've ever met a book I didn't like... just ones I've maybe not finished reading. That being said, fantasy/urban fantasy is where I typically stretch my muscles, and that's likely a great deal of what you will find here.
My influences include Anne McCaffrey, Jacqueline Carey, Neil Gaiman, Wally Lamb, Douglas Adams, and so, so many more. Hopefully what you'll find here is my favorite elements of each of these highly esteemed writers.
